This role is based in Woking, Surrey, with travel required (approx. 25%).</p><p><strong>Location</strong>: Woking, Surrey</p><p><strong>Reporting to</strong>: Senior Omni Shopper Marketing Team Lead</p><p><strong>Duration</strong>: 12 months</p><h2>About the role</h2><p>This is a fantastic opportunity for a curious, results-driven Omnichannel Shopper Manager to join our Northern Europe Hub Marketing Team on a fixed-term contract. You will use data and consumer insights to create and execute impactful campaigns, both in store and online, that bring our brands to life and grow the business.</p><h2>What you will do</h2><ul><li><b>Campaign Strategy & Execution:</b> Develop strategies to convert shoppers across the consumer journey. Turn Brand Marketing plans into omnichannel campaigns aligned with ACPL plans, customer growth strategies, and channel/customer insights. Manage the full project lifecycle to deliver innovative shopper experiences at the right touchpoints, with the right message.</li><li><b>Project Management:</b> Manage all shopper marketing execution within timelines and budgets. Brief agencies, adhere to customer guidelines, manage legal & marketing artwork approvals, and ensure excellent in-store and online implementation.</li><li><b>Performance Monitoring & Optimization:</b> Monitor and share performance of activities and budgets across points of purchase; use insights to refine plans and maximize ROI.</li><li><b>Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:</b> Work with retail partners, agencies, and internal brand marketing and customer development teams. Build relationships and influence stakeholders.</li><li><b>Digital Campaign Management:</b> Manage campaigns via sponsored search platforms and digital advertising, briefing, creating, and optimizing on-site and off-site campaigns for retailers.</li><li><b>Expertise & Coaching:</b> Stay ahead of industry trends; act as a go-to expert for the commercial team and coach others on shopper marketing strategies.</li></ul><h2>What you will bring to the team</h2><ul><li><b>Proven FMCG Experience:</b> Background in packaged goods with a track record of creating and executing marketing plans that meet business goals.</li><li><b>Omnichannel Expertise:</b> Deep understanding of shopper journeys, in-store and online.
