Our team plays a vital role in<br>keeping the airport clean, safe, and welcoming—day and night.<br><br>We’re currently looking for a motivated and hands-on Night Cleaning Supervisor to lead our night cleaning team. If you’re ready to<br>take on a supervisory role where no two nights are the same, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.<br><br><br><br>What You’ll Be Doing<br><br>* Lead, support, and motivate the night cleaning team to deliver high standards across the terminal<br><br><br><br>* Allocate duties, manage shift tasks, and ensure effective handovers<br><br><br><br>* Monitor performance, manage absence, and maintain training compliance<br><br><br><br>* Operate cleaning machinery and carry out general cleaning duties<br><br><br><br>* Ensure all work is completed in line with LBA’s Health & Safety standards and audited cleaning regimes<br><br><br><br>* Oversee cleaning consumables and coordinate deliveries<br><br><br><br>* Stay visible and proactive within the terminal to support passengers and operational partners<br><br><br><br>* Assist with disruption response and adverse weather planning, including snow clearing<br><br><br><br>What We’re Looking For<br><br>We’re looking for someone with a passion for leading teams and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in a busy environment.<br>Ideally, you will have:<br><br><br><br>* Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role<br><br><br><br>* Strong organisational and communication skills<br><br><br><br>* Confidence using cleaning machinery and following H&S procedures<br><br><br><br>* A proactive, flexible attitude and commitment to excellent customer service<br><br><br><br>Why Work With Us<br><br>At LBA, you’ll join a team that’s proud of the role we play in helping people travel safely and comfortably.
