The programme provides degree-level training programmes which are accredited and managed by an external university and gives participants the chance to earn externally-recognized qualifications which support their performance in their roles.

NatWest will reward you with a starting salary of £45,000 pro rata.

Depending on the country in which you'll be based, you'll be able to benefit from a range of flexible benefit options and the NatWest Retirements Savings Plan. The bank is happy to discuss your rewards in more detail during the recruitment process.
