Leading Consultant - Long Term Role - Excellent Progression Options Our client is a regional consultant with an excellent reputation across the GCC. As a strategic growth plan for the business, they are actively looking for talented MRICS Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their established team in Dubai. This will be a critical part of the management team that will open up doors to significant progression with the business as the company grow. Key requirements of the position include; - MUST be a Member of RICS - Has a relevant degree from a recognised university. - Is exceptionally presentable with the ability to work within a client facing role. - Significant experience in Pre-Contract cost estimation is essential. - Demonstrable skills in current Value Engineering and Cost Control techniques. - Experience in pricing of pre and post contract Request For Proposals (RFP’s). - Is able to manage time effectively. - 10 years minimum experience. - Is a strong communicator with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at various levels. - Previous experience working with a consultant is preferred but not essential.
