The Merchandising Coordinator - Wholesale at Crocs is an entry-level position within the Global Merchandising team based in Broomfield, CO. This role supports the implementation of merchandising strategies for the brand, ensuring accurate seasonal product line information and managing the global sample ordering process. The coordinator acts as a liaison among various functions to facilitate the delivery of products to market efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities Execute end-to-end sample procurement to guarantee successful customer sell-in, including order gathering, SAP entry, and partnering with logistics and factories for on-time delivery. Maintain and organize physical samples of current and past seasons. Manage seasonal sample documentation, including tracking tools, financial purchase order creation, and factory order form oversight. Ensure the integrity of information in Crocs systematic platforms including centric and O9. Update and communicate changes to go-to-market tools in response to product line adjustments. Support the preparation of global reports and provide brand leadership with visibility into business trends. Partner with Master Data Management, Product, and Development teams to ensure accurate product and line data records. Own the weekly add/change/drop process with product managers, development, and operations. Implement, document, and enforce key processes and calendars involving cross-functional partners. Communicate effectively with global partners with varying levels of English proficiency. Requirements At least 2 years of applicable experience. Degree from college or university preferred. Desire to learn about merchandising, product, sales, and/or marketing. Demonstrated ability to organize, create, and document processes. Proven ability to think and act proactively. Proven ability to work effectively with others and keep others on track. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills and at least 2-3 years of digital literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Nice-to-haves Exposure to wholesale or retail industry beneficial.
