Promoter at MEGA Our event concepts/acts include: About the role: We are seeking an experienced artist or venue programmer to join MEGA’s promotion and brand management team. The role involves managing over 100 shows per year on one of our flagship touring brands, ensuring the commercial success of an internationally recognized event. The ideal candidate should be experienced in live event promotion, international tour routing, negotiating deals with venues, and managing budgets and tour accounts for shows up to arena capacity. You will be the primary contact with venues, from booking to event completion. Required Skills Sourcing and booking venues globally Processing contracts Forecasting tour finances and setting budgets Calculating profit and loss for shows Managing relationships with artist stakeholders Artist management and development Updating databases and schedules with show details Relevant Experience At least 5 years of experience in programming, promotion, or management Experience in collating venue availabilities and planning tour routes Highly organized, self-motivated, with excellent attention to detail Experience with diary management Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Understanding of event production, touring logistics, and ticketing/box office operations Experience working with third-party promoters and booking agents Interest in live music and events Experience as a promoter representative or managing shows Knowledge of event marketing in the live music sector Proven track record of promoting large-scale live music events Strong negotiation skills Numeracy skills and proficiency with spreadsheets Salary £40,000 plus bonuses (OTE £50,000) Working Conditions Full-time, permanent role Based at our office in North Acton, London Working hours: 10:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday Occasional UK and international travel Benefits Private Health Insurance Gym Membership Dog-friendly office Casual dress code Company events Please send applications to: [email address], with the subject line: PROMOTER (Live touring events) #J-18808-Ljbffr
