Manage customer interactions professionally across all channels.</li><li><b>Events Management:</b> Plan and execute memorable events throughout the year, engaging guests and creating lasting impressions.</li><li><b>Strategic PR Campaigns:</b> Create and implement PR strategies for each venue to generate positive media coverage, build brand credibility, and highlight unique value propositions. Oversee media kit creation and outreach, adapting to industry trends.</li><li><b>Content Creation:</b> Oversee the production of high-quality content for digital channels, including social media, websites, and email marketing, ensuring alignment with brand goals.</li></ol><p>We are part of the allpay Limited group, located just outside Hereford City Centre in our beautiful offices.
