<p><strong>About the role</strong><br><br>Role:-       Contract<br>Duration:- 12 Months <br>Location:- Onsite in Dubai<br><br>Adecco is hiring a Manager - <font size="2"><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt;"><span style="">Workforce Management </span></span></font></font> for our prestigious client in Dubai, will be managing a team of 6-10 resource, UAE and India.<br><br>Responsible for ensuring optimal staffing, scheduling, and resource planning within the Technology and Digital Departments.<br>This role supports the effective alignment of workforce capacity with service level goals, technology initiatives, and regulatory compliance requirements. <br><br>The purpose of this role is to assess, analyze, manage, optimize and report the available capacity across these units at all times, planning on future capacity based on the forecasted demand, monitor and assess the capability and allocation of resources as per the required skills to existing and future teams. <br>All scope and activities pertain to third party contractual staff hired from agencies (unless clearly specified)<br><br><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong><br><br>Run Recruiting Operations<br><br>- Ensure providing right talent at the right level and right time as needed by delivery teams per their request and in accordance with agreed<br>  SLAs with vendors<br>- Partner with engineering and product leaders to understand hiring needs and define technical role requirements<br>- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit of candidates.<br>- Coordinate technical assessments, code tests, and interview schedules with internal stakeholders.<br><br>Forecasting, Planning and Improvement<br><br>- Analyze staffing based on supply and demand for successful delivery of products and services provided by Group IT.<br>- Determine staffing level and creation of teams based on demand / delivery timeline.<br>- Assess, simulate and act upon the impact and effect of forecasted volume, planned vs Actual. <br><br>Reporting &amp; Data Analysis<br><br>- Generate regular reports and dashboards for leadership to drive decision-making.<br>- Analyze and evaluate workforce metrics to improve capacity planning and utilization.<br>- Gather data, root cause analysis and performance trending in order to identify appropriate process control changes.<br><br><strong>About you</strong><br><br>- 10-15 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, workforce management, HR, talent acquisition.
