In addition, the team is responsible for answering enquiries about LSBU courses from prospective students. The team also ensure the smooth running of the LSBU campus libraries.<br><br>As a member of the Communications & Publications sub-team, you will support the development of the library website and the myLSBU student portal. You will take part in the design and creation of publicity campaigns and the promotion of library and student IT support services via posters, digital signage, online content and social media.<br><br><strong>About You:<br><br></strong>We are looking to hear from candidates who have the following skills/experience:<br><br><ul><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills</li><li>Experience of working within a team</li><li>Knowledge and practical experience of using desktop publishing software</li><li>Experience of working with HTML and CSS</li><li>Attention to detail is essential</li><li>Strong IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft 365.</li><li>Contribute to physical aspects of the job such as shelving and moving equipment, with support available where needed<br><br></li></ul>The ideal candidate will be degree educated, be highly motivated and bring enthusiasm and drive to the team with a willingness to share ideas and think creatively.<br><br><strong>Benefits and How to Apply:<br><br></strong>As a leading Higher Education Institution LSBU offers staff a highly competitive benefits package including holiday entitlement starting at 26.5 days per annum, professional development opportunities and flexible working.
