The Learning and Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating high-impact learning initiatives to cultivate leadership, drive growth, and maximize the potential of all KAYALI members This role partners with stakeholders across regions to deliver innovative programs through a blend of in-person, virtual, and structured learning paths, helping our magic makers flourish.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Learning and development strategy:

  • Craft and execute a holistic learning and development strategy aligned with KAYALI’s vision and growth objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to Identify askills gaps and training needs in all regions.

Leadership Development

  • Design and deliver leadership programs that inspire, challenge, and support emerging and current leaders.
  • Champion structured learning journeys for high-potential employees.

Program Delivery

  • Lead a dynamic mix of in-person workshops, live virtual training, and digital/structured learning paths across multiple geographies.
  • Facilitate engaging onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring a seamless and impactful introduction to KAYALI culture.

Digital Learning

  • Continuously evaluate L&D technologies and recommend enhancements for scalability and effectiveness to distribute high-impact content.
  • Continuously enhance digital learning offerings to support scalability and consistency.

Global Collaboration

  • Partner with cross-functional, international teams to understand local needs and adapt programs accordingly.
  • Work alongside the Global Sales Trainer to align internal product training
  • Support a culture of knowledge sharing, peer learning, and inclusive growth.

Assessment & Continuous Improvement

  • Utilize feedback, analytics, and best practices to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Report on learning outcomes, monitor KPI’s and measure impact on individual and organizational growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in learning and development, with a strong focus on leadership development in a global context.
  • Proven experience working with diverse and international teams.
  • Track record of designing and implementing blended learning solutions (in-person, virtual, and e-learning).
  • Proficient in using digital learning platforms and content creation tools (e.g., LMS, Articulate, Adobe Captivate, etc.).
  • Expertise in creating impactful digital onboarding experiences.
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative, adaptable, and passionate about unlocking human potential.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to the social production team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Mentor and develop team members, empowering them to reach their full potential and achieve team goals.
  • Effectively manage resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure efficient and timely delivery of content.
