What will your responsibilities be

Food Preparation:

  • Wash peel and cut ingredients (vegetables fruits meats etc.).
  • Pre-prepare products according to the cooks instructions.

Kitchen Support:

  • Assist in the preparation of simple dishes.
  • Help with the preparation of side dishes and basic sauces.

Cleaning and Organization:

  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Wash utensils tools and work surfaces.

Storage:

  • Assist with receiving deliveries.
  • Properly store and label food items following hygiene standards.

Other Tasks:

  • Carry out tasks assigned by the cook or head chef.
  • Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.

What are we looking for

  • Previous experience of at least 1 years in a professional kitchen.
  • In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques handling of utensils and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
