Provide support at the program level, coordinating between project managers and program/project stakeholders. Responsible for developing the schedule to ensure the timely completion of the task’s milestones and final acceptance. Oversees various tasks of a highly complex nature. Assist with project reporting and develops program level reporting. Coordinates with the Program Stakeholders to ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge, and attributes:• Coordinate between multiple project managers.• Coordinate with divisions and offices that are users of the systems being migrated or moved.• Provide detailed reporting of project/program status, schedule, costs, resources, risks, issues, etc.• Prepare performance reports.• Prepare activity and progress reports regarding all project and program tasks.• Facilitate project/program productivity and successes by removing impediments.• Apply knowledge of the best practices for project administration to key duties, including task planning and progress reporting.• Oversee the completion of project tasks and monitor adherence to perpetual project management process standards. Follows up on open items and track issues.• Will onboard and off board member projects within the program.• Will deliver presentations in executive leadership meetings.• Collaborate with cross functional and agile teams to improve performance and achieve desired outcomes.• Monitor each assigned task, implement, and assure adherence to task level quality and methodology standards, and keeps the Program Executives and Product Manager abreast of all problems and accomplishments.• Track and report project and program budgets.• Will lead Agile teams and DevOps efforts.• Will lead the scrum of scrums for this program.• Will deliver projects for modernization and moving from legacy systems.QualificationsExperience• Must be a US Citizen• Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain and maintain a security clearance.• 5 years of progressive experience managing average-scale initiatives in an engineering or technology environment• 5 years of project management experience.• Experience with managing a high visibility, high priority project or program.• ServiceNow PPM and/or Azure DevOps project management tools• Excellent presentation skills and communication skills (verbal and written).• Has led Agile teams and DevOps efforts.• Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid project management methodologies• Ability to anticipate problems and work to mitigate the anticipated problems.Desired Skills• Current FDIC Public Trust highly preferred, other federal agency Public Trust desired.• Led a mainframe migration effort.• Experience with PPM tools including ServiceNow Project Management, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Microsoft TFS.• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment, work across organizational departments and instill confidence with the client through work quality, time management & organizational skills and responsiveness.• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with audiences of all levels.• Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills; rigorous approach to project management to deliver enterprise-level projects.• Experience mentoring and teaching others around work plan development, progress tracking, time tracking, status reporting, and risk management.Education/Certification(s)• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.Clearance RequirementApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain and maintain a security clearance.• Current FDIC Public Trust highly preferred, other federal agency Public Trust desired.Additional InformationCitizant strives to be an employer of choice in the Washington metropolitan area.
