About the positionResponsibilities• Coordinate all aspects of IT Project(s)/Program(s)• Perform key project management duties to support project teams with respect to coordinating internal and external stakeholder meetings, preparation of meeting materials, data entry and other activities as assigned.• Work closely with project/program managers & subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather requirements for data entry, WBS maintenance, meeting development and minutes' documentation.• Assist with work tracking and triaging of risks, issues, and action items.• Assist with querying and report generation for the review work and assignments from the work tracking tools Teams, MS Project and ServiceNow.• Assist with managing project plans, schedule, cost, and risk management.• Assist project/program managers with managing projects and reports in ServiceNow utilizing agile boards.• Assist with developing and managing various program status reports and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.• Develop and update project documentation.• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.• Build high quality relationships with various stakeholders including clients, users, company leaders and external partners.• Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.• Other duties as assigned.Requirements• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field• 4 years of related experience• Advanced knowledge of MS Suite of tools specifically MS Project & Excel• Familiarity with waterfall and Agile frameworks• Ability to solve problems creatively• Familiarity with project management software tools (SPM), methodologies, and best practices• Experience with assisting & coordinating technical projects through the full life cycle• Strong interpersonal and communications skills• Ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environmentNice-to-haves• Strong presentation skills• Familiarity with advanced project scheduling and risk analysis techniques• Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification• Experience with ServiceNow SPM toolsBenefits• Health, dental, and vision insurance• Health savings accounts• 401(k) savings plan• Disability coverage• Life and accident insurance• Employee assistance program• Legal plan• Discounts on home, auto, and pet insurance• Paid time off• Paid holidays• Paid parental leave• Paid military leave• Paid bereavement leave• Federal and state sick leave• Company recognition program for monetary or non-monetary awards
