They operate across multiple locations and partner with trusted statewide networks to expand access to care. The team is mission-driven, fast-moving, and collaborates with both U.S.-based and international staff.<br><br><strong>Why does this role exist?<br></strong>This role exists to strengthen end-to-end HR operations and ensure compliance across a growing, multi-location organization that serves vulnerable communities. The HR Manager will lead lifecycle documentation, performance management, recruitment support, and policy alignment—working closely with leadership and external HR consultants to manage risk and uphold best practices.
