What you'll be doing?

You'll be supporting the people team across multiple sites, managing day-to-day HR operations and payroll admin while helping to keep things running smoothly.

  • Be the first point of contact for HR queries, managing the HR inbox for multiple sites, circa 800 employees
  • Support with payroll admin, ensuring accuracy and timely processing (knowledge of Fourth payroll is essential)
  • Handle basic employee relations queries and escalate more complex cases as needed
  • Assist with staff check-ins and help streamline internal processes
  • Provide support with HR reporting, admin, and projects
  • Offer basic employment law guidance where required and escalate risks when appropriate
  • Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
