Self employed 5 star hotel with Airbnb style apartments (100 apartments) in 15 different locations all in central London. Rates £14.80 per hour. Transport is paid by you and is not deductible. Travel time between apartments is included in the working hours. Meet at our office around 9:30am. Finish around 6:00pm. Cleaning products included. Most likely in tandem with another cleaner for a trial period. 30 minute break.</p><br><br><p><strong>How many apartments need to be cleaned:</strong></p><br><p>Approximately 2 or 3 apartments per day (1, 2, 3 or 4 bedroom apartments, bathrooms, kitchen and living room). Clean linen awaits you in the apartments, in the hallway or inside the apartment. Each block has a storage room on the ground floor where you can find a vacuum cleaner, mop and other utensils.</p><br><br><p><strong>Cleaning products are provided:</strong></p><br><p>Yes, we provide them. The cleaning staff also have to collect the apartment\'s toiletries from the office, such as toiletries, coffee, sugar etc.</p><br><br><p>They have an office in Covent Garden (WC2H 9BF), where their product storage is located. Basically, that\'s where all the housekeeping meets. We meet there, collect the cleaning products for the apartment (we have wheeled trolleys) and then take the bus to apartment number 1. After that, we walk to apartment number 2, then take the bus to apartment number 3, many of which are in the city centre. As mentioned, the time spent travelling between apartments is considered working hours. The locations vary every day, and you have to use the bus or metro between them. Other locations are 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 minutes walk from the office. After you finish cleaning an apartment, you have to register it in the app and go through all the steps in the app to finalize everything so that the apartment is ready for booking.</p><br><br><p>The apartments are 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 - 20 - 25 - 30 - 40 minutes away by bus or underground. Transportation is paid by you and is not deductible. Travel time between apartments is included in the work schedule.</p><br><br><p>We have handcarts with rollers. Instead, all apartments have a storage room on the ground floor, they have a vacuum cleaner and mop there, and every morning you find clean linen in the hallway of the building or in the apartments. You leave the dirty laundry there, in the storage room in the building.</p><br><br><p>You have to do 2 - 3 apartments per day.
