Work Arrangement: Fully remote, Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor.

Salary Range: TBA

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM ET (flexible outside of that)

Locations: Remote, open to candidates worldwide with availability during Eastern Time hours.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting Analyst / Senior Analyst with a strong background in Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central accounting. Whether you’ve worked directly at Amazon or on the supplier side managing Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR), we want to hear from you!

This is a remote role with a U.S.-based e-commerce focus, so familiarity with U.S. accounting standards is important. You’ll be responsible for managing and resolving complex financial queries, optimizing payment flows, and supporting financial accuracy across Amazon channels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central financial processes.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting standards, especially in an e-commerce context.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex AP/AR issues independently.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a partially client-facing role (preferred but not required).

Nice to Have:

  • Prior work experience with multiple Amazon seller or vendor accounts.
  • Familiarity with international accounting processes.
  • Experience working in distributed, remote teams.
