What You Will Be Doing



  • Assist guests with luggage handling, including storage, group porterage, and loading/unloading

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the luggage room, lobby, storage cupboards, and hotel entrance, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-kept throughout and at the end of each shift.

  • Liaise with the Doorperson and Guest Experience Agents to coordinate luggage flow and amenity preparation, ensuring smooth and seamless service.

  • Be knowledgeable of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions, proactively offering information to enhance guest experience

  • Remain vigilant in maintaining guest safety, reporting any security concerns to Duty Managers or Security, and acting as a first point of contact during emergencies or evacuations.
