<p>Full & part time roles available!<br><br>Brought to life with Hollywood set designers and West End theatre professionals on an unprecedented scale, LaplandUK’s immersive theatrical experience crafts an enchanting world of wonder and beauty.<br><br>The award-winning show sells out within hours each year and welcomes over 170,000 guests to its 30-acre magical forest each season, including the likes of Elton John and members of the Royal Family.<br><br>Guests journey through a theatrical world, passing through five uniquely themed, interactive performances that blend storytelling, character interaction, and festive wonder. This 4.5 hour live, walk-through adventure offers families an unforgettable experience.<br><br>The Role<br><br>Our Woodland Check-in team welcome guests to Lapland, setting the scene for a magical and unforgettable experience.<br><br>Working in our outdoor Eleven Bazaar and our indoor Woodland Check-in areas, this role is a guest-focused position, involving lots of interaction with Human Folk before their Lapland experience begins.<br><br>Responsibilities include;<br><br>Provide a wonderful welcome to our guests, creating a strong first impression.<br>Use of our onsite system to check guests in, whilst sharing key information about their visit.<br>Assist with latecomers to the experience, helping guests catch-up to their tour quickly.<br>Deliver a world-class service to guests, ensuring that any issues are resolved in-the-moment, with a touch of Lapland magic!<br>Working environment and requirements include;<br><br>Indoor and outdoor locations, with prolonged standing.<br>Guest-facing position, requiring high-levels of interaction on a consistent basis.<br>Use of technical equipment, including touchscreen tablets.<br>Some tasks may require moderate lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and other similar physical activity.<br>Where is Lapland?<br><br>Lapland is based in Whitmoor Forest, in Crown Estate on Swinley Road, Winkfield Row near Ascot SL5 8BD.<br><br>Key Dates<br><br>PAID TRAINING: Your training plan will vary depending on your role.
