We are looking for a Web3 Growth Lead to help us take this mission global.

Role Overview

As our Growth Lead, you will be responsible for building and scaling our audience across X (Twitter), Telegram, and crypto communities.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands DeFi, can communicate clearly, and knows how to build hype and trust pre-launch.

You will work directly with the founder and lead our GTM strategy from 0 → 1.

Responsibilities

  • Own growth across Twitter/X and Telegram
  • Build and execute a 30/60/90 day GTM plan
  • Produce high-quality content (threads, posts, announcements, explainers)
  • Create community energy and engagement in Telegram
  • Run growth experiments and track metrics (CPL, engagement, CTR)
  • Build partnerships with micro-influencers across MENA, Malaysia, Indonesia, Turkey, Pakistan
  • Grow our waitlist and educate users about Halal DeFi
  • Organize Twitter Spaces / AMA sessions
  • Collaborate with the founder, designer, and content creator
  • Prepare launch campaigns for smart contract deployment

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Web3 / DeFi growth
  • Strong Twitter/X and Telegram management skills
  • Ability to explain complex DeFi concepts in simple language
  • Experience building communities from scratch
  • Strong writing skills in English
  • Understanding of leverage, liquidity pools, LPs, yield, AMMs, etc.
  • Bonus: familiarity with Islamic finance or Halal investing
  • Bonus: experience with emerging markets (Malaysia, Indonesia, UAE, Turkey, Pakistan)
