We are on the hunt for a recent
Marketing Graduate
or someone with 1-2 years experience as a
Marketing Assistant / Marketing Executive
to join a successful corporate hospitality / real estate organisation in Central London.

As the Marketing Executive, your creative and analytical mindset will ensure you deliver a consistently high standard of work and your drive and ambition will help you to progress and succeed in this fast-paced role. Attention to detail, the ability to exercise your own judgement and a strong desire to consistently produce exciting, high-quality content is what we're looking for, together with impeccable communication skills, an organised nature and a professional demeanour.

This is a great early career opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years B2B marketing experience to undertake the full marketing mix in an entrepreneurial yet supportive environment. You will be guided and mentored by management, yet will be given responsibility from the start to be creative with the marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities as the B2B Marketing Executive will include:

  • Developing a marketing strategy for the organisation
  • Creating innovative and exciting digital marketing campaigns
  • Managing the SEO and PPC strategies to generate more traffic, business enquiries and followers
  • Supporting the website development team to help improve the UX and UI of the current website
  • Developing email marketing campaigns that attract new clients and increases retention with existing clients - (CRM and Mailchimp)
  • Ensuring brand consistency and professionalism in all marketing collateral
  • Utilising all of the company's social media platforms to produce social media adverts
  • Organising client and social events
  • Analysing marketing analytics and presenting findings in reports

What we're looking for:

  • A recent Marketing graduate (or similar) or 1-2 years marketing experience
  • Innovative, creative and professional
  • Good digital marketing knowledge and skills (LinkedIn, social media platforms and email marketing)
  • Brand management experience
  • Knowledge/experience of SEO, PPC and analytics
  • Experience of using MailChimp (or similar), WordPress and Microsoft Dynamics is highly advantageous
  • IT literate - including MS Office
  • Creative and analytical mindset
  • Eager to learn on the job and develop skills in B2B marketing
  • Focused, organised, self-motivated and dynamic
  • Happy to work in an office environment (hybrid working not offered)
