<p>Social network you want to login/join with:</p><p>The Global Supply Planning role ensures capacity availability to fulfil demand by translating midterm and long-term demand forecasts into granular short-term production schedules that also align with near-term requirements. The role balances available and required capacity to optimize service, working capital and logistics costs while monitoring any potential issues which may impact production schedules.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p>Responsible for the completion of daily/weekly planning monitoring, KPI management and reporting these include attending daily CM meetings, Daily Operations calls, Clean to Build management, reporting and escalation, along with Manufacturing Plan Adherence reports, and root cause analysis of deviation from plan.</p><p>Responsible for collaboration and communication with the demand & Supply chain team, linking together with the regional supply chain with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels, you will be the focus and point person for the integration and collaboration between Dyson operations, the contract manufacturer and the regional supply chain / market stakeholders effectively, monitoring and maintaining inventory levels and capacity management, working and driving towards group specific supply targets and inventory levels. Working closely with internal and external parties to ensure supply of materials is in place to satisfy production requirements.</p><p>You will be working closely with CMs, driving the path of continuous improvement, ensuring all manufacturing plans are delivered on time in full whilst working collaboratively with the integrated global supply chain in developing and creating opportunities for success and continuous improvement, leverage every single available unit of production and delivery to market.</p><p>Clean to build materials management, deep dive analysis, root cause and issues resolution, optimising manufacturing based on global network strategy to maximise daily production volume output. Daily/Weekly reporting and communication.</p><p><b>About You</b></p><p>A minimum of bachelor’s degree majoring in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.</p><p>Several years of experience with longer-term Planning based on planning parameters within an MNC.</p><p>Highly motivated team player, mature and able to work independently.</p><p>Demonstrate flexibility and resilience and respond constructively to new demands and challenges.</p><p>An analytical thinker and a strong communicator with an eye for detail able to deliver efficient, effective and flexible solutions to meet production requirements. Excellent in materials management.</p><p>Supply chain/operations certification a plus, such as APICS, CPIM or lean.</p><p>Experience with SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba is advantageous.</p><p>Dyson Singapore monitors the market to ensure competitive salaries and bonuses.
