Global Payroll ManagerSalary: £65,000 plus bonus and benefitsLocation: Fully RemoteStart Date: ASAPA fast growing global tech business with teams across three continents is seeking an experienced Global Payroll Manager to take ownership of its international payroll operations. This is a fully remote role where you will lead payroll processes across multiple countries, ensure compliance, and drive improvements in efficiency and accuracy. All candidates are screened and vetted by Via, and hiring through Via costs significantly less than a traditional recruitment fee.What You Will Do: • Manage end to end global payroll across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. • Partner with regional HR, finance, and local payroll providers to coordinate payroll cycles. • Maintain compliance with local employment laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. • Lead payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audit support. • Optimise payroll processes, tools, and workflows, driving continuous improvement. • Oversee payroll data integrity including benefits, bonuses, allowances, and equity where applicable. • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on global payroll matters. • Build and maintain strong relationships with external payroll vendors. • Contribute to payroll strategy as the business scales across further countries.What You Bring: • Proven experience managing global or multi country payroll in a fast growing organisation. • Strong understanding of international payroll legislation and statutory compliance. • Confident working with multiple currencies, payroll systems, and vendors. • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain payroll matters clearly. • High
