The Role
We are seeking a warm and professional Female Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for our visitors and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. - Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls appropriately. - Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times. - Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings as required. - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. - Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. - Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record keeping. - Provide information and directions to visitors and employees as needed. - Coordinate with various departments to resolve visitor queries and requests. - Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality protocols.

Requirements

  • Female candidate with a pleasant and professional appearance. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. - Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred. - Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with basic computer systems. - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively under pressure. - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in multi-national company - Must be able to join immediately
