Job Summary:

Progressive Technology is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Freelance Admin & Data Entry Assistant to join our remote team in Egypt. This position offers the flexibility to work from home while supporting our administrative and data entry needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, performing data entry tasks, and assisting with general administrative functions to help ensure smooth and efficient operations across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks into company databases and systems.

  • Maintain and update various records and documents, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

  • Assist in managing and organizing files, both digital and physical.

  • Provide administrative support such as answering emails, scheduling meetings, and managing communications.

  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the team.

  • Respond to inquiries and provide general support to internal teams and clients.

  • Manage data integrity and ensure data is entered in a manner that aligns with company standards.

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office management or administration is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
