Working as part of the HR Team, you’ll be responsible for the administration support of L&D and Talent activities – from scheduling learning and talent events and updating training records. You will also ensure that site facilities are fit for purpose and maintenance is competed in line with legal / mandatory requirements. The focus areas for this role are (but not limited to): Learning and Development Talent Management Management of site facilities Early Careers support What does this role involve day to day? Ensuring Global Learning Facilities are fit for purpose and maintenance is completed to legal standards Coordinating internal and external training and learning events, including room logistics and materials Managing course communications with learners and suppliers Administering onboarding and induction processes Responding to L&D and Talent queries and managing requests in line with SLAs Ensuring smooth operation of L&D processes and accurate administration of records Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers Producing reports and managing L&D budgets Raising purchase orders and receipting goods according to finance procedures Providing support to the wider Global Talent Team when needed This will be suited to you if… You’re confident using multiple IT systems, including LMS platforms, and can produce and analyse data You’re proactive, exercise good judgement, and can manage priorities effectively You maintain accurate records, respect confidentiality, and coach others when needed You communicate clearly and professionally across all platforms and audiences You build strong working relationships and influence others appropriately You’re a positive role model, resilient, and self-motivated with a can-do attitude You take ownership of your work and development, and meet deadlines consistently You understand business policies, compliance, stakeholder relationships, and financial procedures You can identify process improvements and lead projects when required You adapt well to change, take initiative, and ensure quality outcomes across all activities What happens next?
