Expert Relationship Administrator

Location: Southport/Hybrid

Salary: up to £25,000 DOE

To ensure excellent customer focus andmanagement of expert witness reporting and delivery of instructions, reportsand invoices to legal teams, meeting service level agreements.

Main Responsibilities for the role:

  • Maintenance of Expert Witness Database
  • Be responsible for managing own caseload and achieving KPIs.
  • To provide continued support to the legal teams and medical experts.
  • To highlight and identify medical experts who underperform to Leadership and assist in reaching resolution.
  • To support medical experts in ensuring delivery of reporting in accurate timely manner.
  • To chase reports that have fallen outside of agreed service level requirements.
  • Handling emails, queries, invoices and disputes, escalating as necessary.
  • Processing of invoices received and invoices raised.
