The Senior Manager of Product Management for Customer Experience is a critical role that will guide and execute the delivery of business value, drive sales, and improve efficiency through the production of quality products. This includes setting the overall product vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and prioritizing product updates to support the enterprise roadmap.• Delivery & Execution (30%) : Drive product development by reviewing performance, directing work efforts, and ensuring products meet quality and change control standards.
