We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry and Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis.Job OverviewIn this exciting role, you will be an integral part of our warehouse team, responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. You will work in a variety of areas, including merchandising, make-on-demand, customer returns, and general fulfillment. Your duties will include selecting, packing, and shipping orders, as well as troubleshooting problems and ensuring that products meet our high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities• Receive and put away inventory, ensuring that all items are properly stored and accounted for• Get customer orders ready and pack them up, ensuring that all items are accurately picked and packaged• Load boxes into trucks for shipment, ensuring that all orders are shipped in a timely manner• Use scanners to read bar codes on products, ensuring that all items are accurately tracked and accounted for• View prompts on screens and follow the direction for some tasks, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively• Troubleshoot problems, ensuring that all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently• Ensure product meets quality requirements, ensuring that all products are of the highest quality and meet our customer's expectations• Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 35 feet, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficientlyPhysical DemandsIn this role, you will be required to lift up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds, and stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts. You will also be required to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and go up and down stairs (where applicable).
