Aim of the Role

Lead and inspire the Housekeeping teams across 11 Cadogan Gardens, The Apartments & The Chelsea Townhouse to deliver exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and presentation throughout the hotel, ensuring guests experience the highest standards of luxury and care.

Below are some of the Responsibilities;

  • Maintain brand standards for guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities.
  • Ensure secure key handling and uphold guest privacy and safety.
  • Work with Operations and General Managers on budgets and business plans.
  • Recruit, train, and develop the team; conduct inductions and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire safety, and COSHH regulations.
  • Efficiently manage housekeeping payroll, stock control, supplier relationships, and monthly inventory reporting.
  • Oversee PPM and Spring Clean schedules; maintain accurate logs and inventories.
  • Foster collaboration with Maintenance and Front Office teams.

Essential Criteria

  • Previous senior housekeeping experience within luxury/boutique five star hotels.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of health & safety regulations.
  • Ability to manage budgets and supplier relationships.

Desirable

  • Hospitality or housekeeping qualifications (NVQ, SVQ, diploma).
  • AA Red Star experience in luxury/boutique hotels.
  • Previous working with Forbes standards.
