<h1>Executive Assistant (12 Month FTC)</h1><p><strong>Application Deadline: </strong>23 December 2025</p><p><strong>Department: </strong>Enabling : CEO & Group</p><p><strong>Employment Type: </strong>Temporary</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>United Kingdom</p><br><br><h3>Description</h3><div> <strong>Role: </strong>Executive Assistant to Group CEO + Board Members<br><strong>Duration:</strong> Maternity Cover Contract – 12 months / Full-time Hours – Monday-Friday<br> <strong>Location:</strong> Remote, with willingness to travel around UK if needed (for example to our London office to support with the occasional meeting/event)<br><br>We are currently looking for a highly experienced, dynamic, and professional C-Suite Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our inspirational Group CEO and other Board members at this exciting time of growth for our sustainability business. <br><br> </div><div>You will deliver personalised, timely assistance to the CEO, acting as a trusted gatekeeper and main point of contact, managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner. <br><br> </div><div>Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional PA administrative duties, encompassing comprehensive diary management, complex travel arrangements, supporting on CEO internal communications, and the organisation of meetings and events. You will also provide some support to our Anthesis Board, including our Co-Founder and Chair, with a focus on monthly Board meeting preparation.  <br><br> </div><div>To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, discreet and experienced in handling highly confidential data. You will have an excellent eye for detail, willing to get stuck into a variety of tasks with a positive and fun attitude, and be able to act independently without lots of process or guidance. <br><br> </div><div>The role is an empowering and rewarding one; you will be enabling our CEO and Board to deliver against business goals, which in turn, will directly contribute to having a positive impact for our planet.</div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Gatekeeper and manager of Group CEO diary </li> <li>Board meeting support for Chair and ExCo Board members, including Board pack collation and handling highly confidential data.</li> <li>Organisation of meetings and events for CEO, including with internal stakeholders and clients.
