We’re a tight-knit, passionate team building something big — and we’re looking for sharp, motivated people to join our evening crew.</p><p><b>The Role:</b></p><p>We’re hiring a detail-oriented <b>Evening Picking & Packing Assistant</b> to work in our warehouse from 5PM–10PM, Monday to Friday. You’ll be helping process and ship orders sold during our daily live-streams, mostly involving trading cards, accessories, and collectibles.</p><p>This is a part-time role to start — with the potential for more hours or weekend shifts as we grow.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Accurately <b>pick and pack orders</b> sold via our Whatnot live streams</li><li><b>Sort and organise cards/products</b> into order batches</li><li><b>Print and match shipping labels</b> using our internal tools</li><li>Maintain a tidy and efficient workspace</li><li>Restock packing stations with supplies and cards</li><li>Assist with prepping products for the next day’s streams</li><li>Work quickly and carefully to meet nightly packing targets</li></ul><p><b>What We’re Looking For:</b></p><ul><li>Strong attention to detail — especially with small and high-value items like trading cards</li><li>Good sense of order and organisation</li><li>Reliability and strong timekeeping</li><li>Ability to work independently in a structured way</li><li>Previous warehouse, retail, or fulfilment experience is ideal but not essential</li><li>Comfortable lifting and moving boxes up to 15kg</li></ul><p><b>Schedule:</b></p><ul><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>5:00 PM – 10:00 PM</li><li>Occasional weekend shifts and additional hours available</li></ul><p><b>How to Apply:</b></p><p>Please apply with your <b>CV and a short cover letter</b> explaining why you’re a great fit for this role and why evening shifts work for you.
