The Role

We are looking to expand our sales team with passionate sales professionals who will play a key role in helping Cledara grow and become a leader in the SaaS management space. This is an exciting opportunity for driven individuals who want to make a real impact on the future of a venture-backed fintech startup.

We are seeking adaptable, collaborative team members who are enthusiastic about discovering new business opportunities and introducing our unique product. You’ll help businesses simplify their SaaS management process by addressing complexities and reducing unnecessary costs. Our ideal candidates are motivated by relationship-building, personal growth, and a desire to exceed goals in a supportive, sales-focused environment.

As an SDR (Sales Development Representative), you will lead the top of the sales funnel by proactively reaching out to companies across the US, UK, and Europe. Your primary responsibility will be to spark interest, create meaningful connections, and set the stage for our Account Executive team to convert prospects into valued customers as we continue to grow.

In this role, you will:

  • Identify and engage with Ideal Customer Profile companies across the US, UK, and Europe, providing them with relevant, valuable content.
  • Schedule outbound meetings through a combination of calls, emails, and personalized outreach via social channels.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers (C-suite/Finance leaders), effectively communicating the value of our product.
  • Manage and grow your sales pipeline, ensuring accurate documentation of all activity in Salesforce.
  • Cultivate trust with stakeholders and collaborate closely with your team.
  • Take the lead in developing sustainable processes and procedures for long-term success.
  • Maintain a positive, growth-oriented mindset, while being a supportive and adaptable team player.
  • Stay proactive in learning and developing new skills.

We are looking for someone who:

    • Is passionate about sales and has experience in a sales-related role.
    • Thrives in a dynamic, start-up environment with a "can-do" attitude.
    • Is an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
    • Is self-motivated, curious, proactive, and demonstrates a history of exceeding expectations.
    • Possesses strong analytical, and problem-solving skills, and emotional intelligence.
    • Is willing to learn core technology tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Zoominfo.
    • Has good time-management and organizational skills.
    • Holds a Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred, but not essential).
