Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • For Retail Staff:
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with inquiries and purchases.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving, shelving, and inventory checks.
  • Promote products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • For Security Guard:
  • Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
  • Inspect and patrol property to ensure safety and security.
  • Respond to emergencies and alarms, providing assistance as needed.
  • Control access points, verifying credentials of personnel and visitors.
  • Write reports on daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
  • Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity and ensure a safe environment for shoppers and staff.
