What we\'re looking for Our US client, a performance marketing agency focused on helping lifestyle and wellness brands grow through content, community, and performance strategies, is seeking an Email Marketing Designer to bring to life conversion-driven email campaigns. This role is essential for delivering mobile-friendly, data-informed designs that support both brand identity and measurable results across e-commerce initiatives. Responsibilities Design engaging, conversion-focused email campaigns aligned with brand guidelines. Collaborate with strategy and content teams to turn briefs into effective visual executions. Ensure responsive, mobile-first design across all assets. Apply email best practices, maintain visual hierarchy, and prioritize clear CTAs. Leverage A/B testing and performance data to improve campaign results. 2+ years of experience designing emails for e-commerce or DTC brands. Proficiency in Figma for layouts, prototyping, and final asset delivery. Strong understanding of email design principles, UX, and responsive layouts. High attention to detail and ability to work independently with limited creative direction. Excellent English communication skills; capable of stepping into client-facing conversations in the future. Nice to have Experience using Klaviyo. Background in spirits, beverage, or lifestyle industries. Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management tools.
