My client, a successful online retailer is looking to recruit an experience Ecommerce Amazon Specialist to join their Digital team. This role will report intothe Head of Digital. You will be responsible for assisting the Digital Team with maintaining the businesses main Ecommerce channels of Amazon & eBay as well as any future channels. You will also assist with digital marketing and Ecommerce PPC advertising. Key Responsibilities: Listing optimisation to increase top seller rankings - content and premium A+ Optimising AMS Campaigns to increase ROAS and maximise CTR Monitor FBA inventory and sales in all markets Create FBA shipment files and labels Monitor FBM / eBay stock levels and make sure stock on every listing where possible Monitor pricing on listings/competitors and other sellers to help ensure we are on the Buy Box at all times 3P Compliance checks and test purchases Deal with Amazon Seller Support on listing issues, re-instate listings, declarations of conformity Maintaining and improving content on online platforms Writing content for new listings Work with listings translated for European markets by working with a translation agency Monitoring and setting sales prices to maintain competitiveness while maintaining margin expectation Producing artwork request sheets for new products being introduced to the business Providing Marketplaces with all necessary compliance documentation Must Have: Previously worked with Amazon Seller Central & eBay Must have recent experience working in a similar Ecommerce Amazon role Good Microsoft Excel ability including using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP & other relevant Excel functions Expertise in conversion rate optimization, SEO, PPC, amazon guidelines, and keyword research Copywriting A/B Testing experience - desirable PPC Listing Optimisation Communication SEO Graphic Design Helium10/Sellics/Junglescout - desirable Knowledge of leveraging Amazon tools such as FBA, SFP & Lightning deals in different marketplaces Taking top of search spots from the competition using aggressive PPC campaigns A knowledge of Ecommerce principles including content, advertising, stock management, analytics and customer support A knowledge of UK homewares and household product market/online retail products - preferred Good communication and reporting skills The ability to work as part of the larger Digital team and also to be able to work independently where needed Nice To Have: - Knowledge of Digital Marketing including social media - Knowledge of the EU & USA market - Basic photoshop skills Salary up to £40k, negotiable - depending on experience 20 days holiday + bank holidays - increasing by 1 each year (25 days) Pension Hybrid role - 2 days at home, 3 in office, hours 8.30am-5pm Monday - Friday Car park **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Work from home Schedule: - Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: - Liverpool: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred) - Marketing: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Liverpool Reference ID: Ecommerce Amazon Specialist
