About the role We are looking for a proactive and experienced Legal EA to join our dynamic and growing Legal Department. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Counsel and Legal Team, including diary and travel management, communications handling, document organisation, meeting support, and record maintenance. Key Responsibilities Legal Support * Administer legal matters and liaise with internal and external stakeholders including PIF’s Legal and Investments Teams. * Minute-taking and admin support for Group Boards and sub-committees (Executive, Nominations & Remuneration, Audit, Risk & Compliance, Football Transfer). * Monitor and manage emails, post, and calls; escalate or delegate as needed. * Serve as first point of contact for the legal team with clients and external partners. * Screen calls and distribute correspondence. * Manage complex diaries and coordinate Board meeting agendas. * Prepare materials and manage logistics for Board and Committee meetings. * Handle expenses, invoices, and credit card reconciliations in line with policy. * Maintain and update legal policies and processes. * Arrange travel and accommodation. * Oversee office management for the legal function. Knowledge, Skills and Experience * Legal PA/EA experience in legal or corporate settings. * Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills. * Discretion with confidential information. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Attention to detail and ability to manage conflicting priorities. * Calm, flexible, and professional under pressure. * Knowledge of data protection legislation. * Experience working with diverse, global teams.
