Join Our Team – Seeking a Dubai Municipality Approved Steel Civil Engineer with Expertise in Quotations, Estimation & Site Supervision

Position: Dubai Municipality Approved Steel Civil Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 (Based on Experience)
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and Dubai Municipality approved Steel Civil Engineer with G+1 license to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quotation preparation, cost estimation, and site supervision, particularly in steel structure projects. The role requires a professional who can work independently, manage multiple projects, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate quotations, cost estimates, and BOQs for steel structure projects.
  • Supervise steel fabrication, erection, and installation works on site.
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, G+1 licensing standards, and approved drawings.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
  • Use civil engineering and structural design software to prepare and review project designs.
  • Monitor project progress, ensure quality standards, and resolve technical issues.
  • Prepare and submit technical reports, documentation, and authority approvals.

Requirments :

  • Dubai Municipality Approved Engineer with valid G+1 licenseMandatory.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in steel structure and civil engineering projects in the UAE.
  • Proven expertise in quotation making, estimation, and BOQ preparation.
  • Strong knowledge of site supervision for steel works including fabrication and erection.
  • Proficiency in civil and structural software (AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, Etabs, Revit, etc.).
  • Valid UAE Driving LicenseMandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
