Home Investigations is a key part of Sedgwick, offering tailored, cost-effective fraud prevention. We don’t use a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, we rely on skilled people to assess potentially fraudulent claims. The work is varied, challenging, and never dull. As we grow, we’re looking for new talent to join our team. If you’re naturally curious and good at solving problems by elimination, this could be the role for you. We’re hiring a Desktop Investigator. You’ll manage a caseload of suspect claims for various clients, using video and phone interviews. You may also handle pricing checks, negotiate settlements, issue reports, and explain claim rejections. You’ll lead your investigations, take statements, validate claims, and settle quickly using insurer networks. You’ll use data, tech, and your investigative mindset to detect and prove fraud. You’ll manage claims of different sizes and complexity. If you care about fighting fraud, understand the insurance landscape, and want to grow your career, we’d love to hear from you.
