Job Description

We are hiring a Remote Data Entry Clerk with strong Excel skills to support our back-office data operations. The role involves handling spreadsheets, updating records, organizing data, and working with formulas and functions to manage reports efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, verify, and organize data into spreadsheets accurately

  • Create and update Excel reports and trackers

  • Use basic to intermediate Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, etc.)

  • Perform data cleansing and formatting

  • Generate charts or pivot tables when required

  • Maintain data security and backup protocols

  • Collaborate with remote team via email or chat

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

  • Good typing speed (40+ WPM preferred)

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

  • Fluent in written English

  • Familiar with remote work tools (Zoom, Slack, Google Drive, etc.)

  • Degree/Diploma preferred but not mandatory with relevant skillset
