The Position

Uxbridge High School is seeking an inspiring and dynamic Curriculum Leader for Science to lead and manage our science department. This pivotal role involves driving curriculum development, raising student achievement, and fostering a thriving learning environment. You will oversee assessment and reporting, support staff development, and ensure effective resource management. As a key member of our leadership structure, you will represent the department at school and external meetings and promote extra-curricular opportunities. A teaching commitment is included, alongside adherence to safeguarding policies.
