This means replacing spreadsheets and manual processes with centralised, audit‑ready systems that make training and competence management seamless, transparent, and aligned with real‑world demands.</p> <h2>The Role</h2> <p>We’re looking for a Cornerstone OnDemand Administrator / Junior Consultant to help our clients get the most from their LMS environments.</p> <p>You’ll be responsible for configuring and maintaining Cornerstone OnDemand, optimising system functionality, and ensuring it aligns with each organisation’s learning and compliance goals.
