<div><h2>Overview</h2><p><b>We’re looking for a passionate and creative Content Creator / Local Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to bring our unique hotel, luxury spa, treatments, restaurants, and events to life online.</b> As the Local Social Media & Marketing Coordinator, you\'ll be our in-house storyteller, showcasing everything from indulgent spa experiences and signature wellness treatments to exceptional local dining and exclusive events. While social media will be your main focus, you’ll also support wider marketing activities to drive engagement and awareness whilst growing our following and sales for your hotel. You’ll work as part of the Head Office Marketing and Creative team but work hand in hand with your hotel.</p><p><b>Your day-to-day activities will include:</b></p><ul><li>Creating engaging content—posts, reels, and stories—that highlight the magic of our hotel.</li><li>Working closely with teams across the hotel to capture and share day-to-day activity across all areas.</li><li>Managing our social feeds and online community, responding directly to day-to-day comments and messages.</li><li>Growing followers and engagement through partnership and competitions.</li><li>Planning and producing seasonal and campaign content, ensuring our channels stay fresh and relevent.</li><li>Owning and delivering the local content calendar.</li><li>Sharing content as appropriate on our internal comms channels.</li><li>Updating the website and OTA\'s with new photography, menus, events and other key information.</li><li>Supporting with wider campaign launches including sales, summer and Christmas.</li><li>Assisting in executing local marketing campaigns, from fesitve celebrations to events.</li><li>Coordinating influencer and press visits, ensuring they have a seamless experience working with our central team.</li><li>Supporting with the coordination of local photography or video shoots as directed by the creative team.</li></ul><p><b>Who are we looking for:</b></p><p>Are you a master of the written word, curious in nature and obsessive in many ways? If you are a creative individual who has a passion for food, outdoors, staycations, walking, this role could be for you!</p><p>We’re looking for someone with 2-3 years experience in socal media in a hospitality or retail setting. You\\\'ll also have experience managing social media feeds, with a knack for creating engaging content and be able to demonstrate this. You will have a great photgraphic eye and video creator skills with the ability to use a smartphone and editing tools.</p><p>Strong writing skills and attention to detail are key.
