Client Services / Delivery Manager – Manchester We’re looking for an organised, proactive Client Services / Delivery Manager to support delivery teams and ensure customers gain rapid value from the technical SaaS solution that our client implements to a diverse range of customers (from financial services to building merchants ) This role is 5 days a week in the office. The Role Coordinate and support our technical consultants to ensure smooth, timely delivery.Drive effective deployment through clear planning, strong communication, and efficient resource management.Act as the link between clients and delivery teams, ensuring expectations, timelines, and deliverables are clearly understood.Monitor project progress, highlight risks, and keep all stakeholders aligned.
