You are an advocate for our products, values, and culture, contributing to the overall embodiment of the Christian Louboutin brand.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Uphold and promote the Company’s standards of retail excellence by consistently delivering exceptional service.</li><li>Actively strive to achieve key performance indicators, to improve store results and reach individual and store targets.</li><li>Provide an engaging and unique client experience, surpassing client expectations at every opportunity, being guided by the Christian Louboutin Sales Ceremony.</li><li>Demonstrate and reflect the luxury brand image through the service you deliver, your positive attitude, personal grooming, and by displaying professionalism at all times. </li><li>Be an expert in product information, including knowledge of the influence of the design, the construction and craftsmanship of the product, the materials utilised, and how to care for the product.</li><li>Build and maintain quality relationships with clients, ensuring loyalty to the brand through personal interaction and active clienteling. </li><li>Drive CRM in store, demonstrating an entrepreneurial approach and effectively utilising all tools available to you. </li><li>Show dedication to fostering a positive, supportive and rewarding team culture, effectively collaborating with all team members.</li><li>Support with the daily operations, inventory movements and back-office activities, as well as ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the store.</li><li>Always adhere to Company policies and procedures and act with a sense of corporate responsibility, always representing the brand appropriately, including on social media.</li><li>Demonstrate commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives and be an advocate for environmental and social responsibility, supporting sustainable practices.</li><li>Integrate the Company values in to your daily role, fostering a culture of diversity, autonomy and creativity.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Skills & Attributes</strong></p><ul><li>Motivated and committed with a ‘can do’ attitude</li><li>Excellent attention to detail</li><li>Solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Excel</li><li>Exceptional communication (oral and written) and strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Adherence to grooming guidelines, being smart with a sense of individual style</li><li>Adaptable and flexible</li><li>Demonstrate effective time management skill</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><em>As a company, we are dedicated to fostering the learning and development of every team member.
