Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.</p><h2>Base pay range</h2><p>We are looking for two new team members as Change Portfolio Managers within our Strategy and Transformation directorate to enable, engage with and support change across the RSPCA.</p><ul><li>Contract - Permanent</li><li>Working hours: 35 hours per week- Monday to Friday.</li><li>Hybrid role: your base will be at our London or Horsham office and you will also work from home and other RSPCA offices.</li></ul><p><strong>We think this role\'s going to be popular and are expecting to attract high interest so we strongly encourage early applications to avoid missing out - closing date is the 31st of July.</strong></p><p>As Change Portfolio Manager, you\'ll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing expert insights and recommendations to drive strategic initiatives and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. You\'ll lead the successful delivery of the change portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and the target operating model.</p><p>This role will involve:</p><ul><li>Driving Strategic Initiatives: Overseeing the successful delivery of strategic initiatives within the change portfolio.</li><li>Portfolio Prioritization & Resource Allocation: Providing expert insights and recommendations on portfolio prioritization and resource allocation to senior leaders.</li><li>Process Improvement: Leading continuous process improvements and best practices in portfolio, program, and project management to enhance agility and operational resilience.</li><li>Influencing & Collaboration: Influencing multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless execution of change initiatives, managing risks and dependencies, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.</li><li>Reporting & KPIs: Designing and implementing lean reporting cycles, offering strategic insights to all stakeholders, and establishing and tracking KPIs to measure portfolio success.
