All About Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for a Full Time Call Centre/ Collections Agents to work in a vibrant, friendly, and busy office.

Applications are invited from candidates with experience in:

Call Centre Agent / Enforcement Agent / Collection Agent/ Credit Control / Debt Administrator /Debt Recovery Agent / Collections Clerk / Recovery Clerk / Sales Executive / Renewals Clerk / Arrears Administrator 

Salary: £22.2K - excellent bonus / commission and benefits , monthly bonuses typically range from £500 to £2000, no legal obligation 35 hour working week on average. 

Location: Northampton, NN1. Free Car Parking provided

To Start: ASAP, subject to an informal meeting with the client

Duration: Permanent

Hours of work:

Week one 8am – 2.30pm and 9am – 1pm Saturday

Week two 9am – 5pm

Week three 11.30am – 7pm

The Role:

Applicants will need to evidence experience working in busy target driven call centre environment with some understanding of general administrative tasks.

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

·Inbound and outbound call handling

·Handling complaints and resolving (full training provided)

·Taking payments over the telephone

·Making outbound calls to recover aged debt.

·Liaising with external enforcement agents

·Responding to emails and correspondence

The ideal candidate will have:

·Excellent customer services skills and a clear telephone manner

·Good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
