We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Improvement Officer in Children and Young People Services. We are seeking an outstanding professional to lead service redesign and improvement projects. You should be a self-starter with research experience and excellent relationship management skills, capable of driving service improvement work for the Children and Young People Directorate (CYP). The role includes: Leading development, negotiation, and implementation of solutions based on evidence and recommendations to decision makers. Driving positive improvements to enable better outcomes for children, young people, and their families. Collaborating with children, young people, families, professionals, partners, and the community for service improvement. Preparing the directorate for inspections, reviews, and audits.
