About the Role:

TFS Energy Derivatives, a renowned leader in the commodities markets, is expanding its global footprint and seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Battery Metals Analyst/Broker based in Singapore.

As a key member of our team, you will focus on collaborating with experienced professionals located across the globe to develop your skills and expertise in the battery metals markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor relevant commodity markets and stay updated on market developments to provide informed support to clients

- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of traded battery metals products, including exchange-traded products on CME and SGX

- Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication, understanding their business objectives, and delivering tailored broking services

- Cultivate and expand existing client relationships while identifying opportunities to establish new partnerships.

- Analyse market trends, data, and statistics to identify business opportunities aligned with client needs

- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of pricing spreads and trade records

- Provide support for day-to-day tasks, including ad hoc reporting, research, and client communications

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in a related field

- Minimum 2 years experience in a broking or analytic role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work with diverse groups and personalities

- Highly energetic and motivated

- Effectively bilingual

- Knowledge of exchange-traded products on CME and SGX, with GFEX an advantage

- Willingness to travel and relocate as required
