LOOKING FOR SKILLED MECHANICS TO JOIN OUR TEAM

If you’re an experienced automotive mechanic with strong skills in following instructions, precision work, and attention to detail, we want to meet you.

We are a 45,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility, founded 12 years ago, with 50 skilled technicians on staff and growing rapidly. Our management, including our Operations Director, has been promoted from within, and we’re looking to add 5 mechanics to keep up with demand.

This isn’t your typical greasy shop job. We customize high-end vehicles, and we rarely perform repairs. You’ll be working in a clean, brand-new facility on expensive, customized builds—including engine swaps and electronic work—with the opportunity to expand your skills and grow your career.

Scope of Work

  • Perform engine swaps and precision builds on new and customized vehicles
  • Read and follow instructions carefully to meet build specifications
  • Handle diagnostic work and electronic systems as needed
  • Aluminum and steel welding skills are highly valued for custom car building
  • Rotate through different projects—no repetitive mechanical work
  • Maintain quality standards in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
  • Saturday work may be required

Qualifications Of Automotive Mechanic

  • Formal training or ASE certifications preferred
  • Welding (aluminum/steel) a strong advantage
  • Electronics and diagnostic experience helpful
  • Ability to follow instructions with precision
  • Strong work ethic and reliability—must be present and ready to work
